Job summary

Primient is seeking an Analyst, Applications Support, Manufacturing Applications to provide hands-on, day-to-day support for plant-critical systems at a Tennessee location. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and vendors to restore service quickly and improve reliability.

The role requires ITIL-based incident/change management, documentation, and exposure to manufacturing IT, Windows, databases, and plant-floor devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or 24x7 operational environments preferred.
• Experience with ITSM processes and incident/change management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• On-site application support for manufacturing applications and plant-floor users across shifts.
• Respond to production-impacting incidents, coordinate teams and vendors, communicate status.
• Monitor application health, jobs, interfaces, services, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Diagnose issues across applications, databases, Windows services, integrations, networks, printers.
• Plan and support upgrades, outages, Windows patching, testing, and post-change monitoring.
• Support interfaces between manufacturing and enterprise systems; validate transactions.
