Responsibilities:
- Leadership Support: Build strong relationships with corporate leaders and teams, offering HR counsel and advice as needed.
- Labor Planning: Manage requisition approval, screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring appropriate management involvement and offer approvals.
- New Hire Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring comprehensive introductions to the company, location, and role during the first 90 days.
- Performance Management: Guide the objective setting and performance review process throughout the year, supporting annual appraisals and talent management through effective communication and follow-up.
- Project Management: Lead special projects by clarifying priorities, coordinating requirements, managing milestones, and adjusting course of action when necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with HR peers and other departments, ensuring effective decision-making and communication across multiple stakeholders.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on key data points like turnover and costs, leveraging technology to aggregate and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and benefits management, including the administration of various leaves (e.g., STD, FMLA).
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- HR Initiatives: Support HR department initiatives, including open enrollment, incentives, compensation strategies, and policy updates.
