Join a growing ISP as their Human Resources Manager! This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead HR operations for a dynamic company serving residential and commercial customers across the U.S. If you're passionate about shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and driving talent strategies, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement policies, training programs, and talent strategies to support company growth.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead recruitment efforts across multiple departments, from job postings to offer extensions.
  • Process payroll semi-monthly and manage employee transactions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
