The Human Resources Manager at Sauer Brands, Inc. will lead a broad range of HR functions in a manufacturing plant, including employee engagement, training and development, recruiting and onboarding, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5–7 years HR experience; 3+ years in HR management/HR business partner role.
• Minimum five years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting hourly workforce on shift-based schedules.
• Experience with online HR suites such as ADP, Workday, ICIMS; Ceridian Dayforce preferred.
• SHRM-CP and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the plant’s HR functions and activities.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, training, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Coach plant management on HR issues and performance management.
• Oversee HRIS records, leave management, and timekeeping practices.
• Direct the Plant HR Coordinator and respond to HR inquiries.
