Forvia Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide comprehensive HR support at the Fort Wayne facility, guiding recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and policy implementation in line with Faurecia’s standards.

The ideal candidate has 5 years HR experience in manufacturing, a Master’s or Bachelor’s in HR, proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, and the ability to lead across functions while upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
• 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting both hourly and salaried populations preferred.
• Payroll system experience with SuccessFactors, Globalview or eTime recommended.
• Willingness to support off-shift work; strong HRIS proficiency; knowledge of employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Align HR strategies with Plant Improvement Plan objectives in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and organizational development.
• Counsel management on Federal and State employment law and ensure compliance.
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives and payroll administration.
• Maintain HRIS databases and ensure data accuracy; support training matrices and records.
• Lead People and Salary Review processes and drive talent development initiatives.
