Job summary

Forvia in Louisville, KY is seeking a Human Resources Manager to implement Group HR policies and support management on HR issues at the site. You will lead staffing, recruiting, induction, training and career management while ensuring payroll and administration processes align with HSE and labor laws.

You will manage industrial relations with local employee representatives and report HR metrics to the Division, while upholding Faurecia’s ethics and inclusion standards in a global mobility

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Manager in HR issues aligned with business objectives
• Implement an integrated staffing, recruiting, induction, training and career management strategy at site level
• Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes
• Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
• Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including Employee Empowerment
• Report HR information to the Division
