Job summary

Mission Foods is seeking an HR Generalist to support the plant's HR needs. You will input and maintain employee data in SAP HR, handle status changes and vacations, and recruit hourly staff to meet production demands.

You will assist with benefits enrollment and serve as payroll backup, ensuring accurate processing and compliance. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced food production environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years HR experience required.
• PHR certification preferred; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain all employee information in SAP HR Module.
• Process employee status changes, vacations, etc.
• Recruit hourly personnel.
• Assist employees with benefits and enrollment forms; conduct open enrollment.
• Backup for payroll processing.
• Conduct HR audits of Department transactions.
• Prepare presentations and conduct trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
