Responsibilities

• Be the visible HR presence on the production floor and build trust with employees.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues and HR support.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations and coaching supervisors.
• Support recruitment for manufacturing, technical, and support roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, safety orientations, and compliance programs.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and documentation.
• Provide backup payroll support during peak periods or absences.
