Job summary

TH Foods is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Henderson, NV to support the hourly plant workforce and assist the HR Director and Manager with administrative, communications, and education tasks. You will help administer compensation and benefits programs, handle HRIS activities, and ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, ADA, and FMLA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR (Graduate degree preferred) and at least two years of HR experience, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related curriculum.
• Graduate Degree in Human Resources is a plus.
• Minimum of two years HR experience preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration and knowledge of employment law (FMLA, IRCA, Workers’ Comp, COBRA, EEO).
• Proficient in Windows environment; ADP HRIS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for plant employees with questions or issues; advise on personnel matters.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures to plant personnel.
• Assist with employee records, letters, verifications, and other admin requests.
• Provide FMLA education and assist processing FMLA requests.
• Monitor absentee control and report issues to Senior HR Generalist.
• Assist in identifying recurring issues and coordinate with Corporate HR.
