GRUMA is seeking a Human Resources Representative in Indianapolis to support plant HR operations. The role reports to the Plant HR Manager and focuses on providing HR services aligned with business strategy, including employee data management, payroll backup, recruitment of hourly staff, benefits, and open enrollment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years in HR, with PHR preferred. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ADP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 0-3 years of HR experience.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience in HR generalist roles in consumer food production or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and inputs all employee information on SAP / Success Factors.
• Processes all employee status changes, vacations, etc."
• Responsible for the recruitment of hourly personnel.
• Assists employees with benefits, enrollments, and open enrollment.
• Backs up payroll processing.
• Conducts HR audits and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
