Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Pittston Distribution Center in Pennsylvania. The role develops HR strategies aligned to operations, resolves complex employee relations issues, and drives training and leadership development across the site.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience in a high-volume distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Workday and ADP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in high-volume distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and wage-hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline and leadership employee relations and policy investigations.
• Design, develop, and deliver training for frontline supervisors.
• Manage workforce data using HRIS, including turns, engagement, and turnover trends.
• Partner with site leadership on talent assessment and succession planning.
• Support safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance in operations.
