Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the Cat dealer serving PA, northern WV, and western MD, seeks an experienced HR Partner to support multiple regional branches across central and eastern Pennsylvania. The role blends tactical and strategic work, partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Travel about 50% to local branches and occasional trips to headquarters in Murrysville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; master's preferred.
• Experience as HR Generalist in employee relations, labor laws, and performance management in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with HR systems and HCM deployment; ADP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative and adaptable with a positive growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to managers in regional branch locations.
• Advise managers on HR operations and decision making.
• Improve employee performance and address performance issues.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly.
• Conduct investigations and manage workplace complaints.
• Mediate conflicts between employees and management.
• Support talent attraction, interviewing, onboarding.
• Advise on performance management, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
• Partner on talent reviews and succession planning.
• Coach and feedback culture.
• Train managers on HR policies and processes.
• Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance.
• Lead HR projects and collaborate to drive growth.
• Regular travel to branches up to 2 hours drive.
