Job summary

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking an HR Admin to provide clerical and HR support at the Richfield, WI plant. The role is on-site, handling inquiries, onboarding, and employee records while welcoming visitors and supporting HR processes.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year HR/administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong confidentiality and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in HR or administrative function preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical and administrative support for HR at the plant.
• Be on-site at Richfield plant and assist employees with HR questions.
• Greet visitors and manage lobby area for guests and new hires.
• Support onboarding: pre-employment scheduling, background checks, first day emails.
