Job summary

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking an HR Admin to provide clerical and HR support at the Richfield, WI plant. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and assist employees with HR-related questions on-site.

The role involves managing attendance records, updating HRIS, posting updates, and supporting onboarding and events. A high school diploma or GED is required; some HR/administrative experience is preferred, especially in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HR or Business Admin preferred.
• Prior HR or admin experience required.
• 1+ year HR/admin experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical and HR support at the plant.
• Answer HR-related questions for employees on-site.
• Greet visitors and manage the lobby.
• Maintain the HRIS and employee records.
• Post company and position updates plant-wide.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Support intranet updates and event planning.
• Coordinate attendance line and timesheets.
