Clayton Homes in Oxford, NC, is seeking a General Manager to lead a facility supporting production, distribution, safety, team member experience, quality, and cost. You will champion initiatives to drive productivity across commercial, operations, and financial excellence while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent P&L experience, with strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required; 5 years of P&L experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production management, with at least two in a manufacturing management position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide development of staff leaders to guide plants and support organizations.
• Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance, and safety.
• Coordinate business activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure manufacturing objectives are met.
• Establish and monitor overall performance for production and quality standards.
