Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business or related field; 10+ years’ plant management experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated team management experience.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced settings and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours as needed for operations.
• Travel to meetings and other locations expected (10–20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all shift operations and salaried/hourly production leaders.
• Drive operational excellence to optimize performance and profitability.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and strategic objectives across the site.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and community relations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and data analysis.
