Job summary

You will work closely with the Production Manager to apply lean practices, manage resources, and ensure on-time shipping while upholding quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying structured problem solving to drive improvements.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and data.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant floor operations for production and quality.
• Mentor and develop manufacturing floor employees.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to GMPs/SOPs.
• Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Drive cost reductions, reduce waste and improve productivity.
