Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant floor operations, production and quality.
• Develop, train and mentor manufacturing personnel.
• Plan and organize day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor safety, compliance and OSHA standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify waste, downtime and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with production manager and management for resource allocation.
• Lead by example in safety, quality and productivity goals.
