• Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily safety, quality, delivery, and cost results for assigned area.
• Plan labor, assign work, and approve time within company policies.
• Drive throughput and OEE; manage changeovers and downtime responses.
