Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Finance Manager/Plant Controller to lead all financial activities at our Oklahoma plant. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting, partnering with the Plant Manager to improve profitability and plant performance.

You will supervise a cost accountant, ensure GAAP-compliant cost accounting, and drive cost reductions. Relocation is fully supported and two annual bonus programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting understanding due to supervising one cost accountant.
• Proven experience in financial budgeting and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial matters and own budgeting and ongoing forecasts.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to drive strategic plant decisions and profitability.
• Oversee accounting system, cost reporting, and BOM accuracy.
