Job summary

CF Industries seeks a Plant Controller in Woodward, OK to partner with the Plant General Manager and oversee accounting, budgeting, and controls for the site.

You will lead monthly close, asset accounting, and cost analysis while coordinating internal/external audits and improving processes. A CPA/MBA and 10+ years in manufacturing accounting are preferred, with strong Excel/SAP skills. Attractive benefits and flexibility accompany the role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with high capital project volume and complex plant operations.
• Strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Windows; SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant accounting and financial reporting for the site.
• Supervise professional accounting and clerical staff.
• Manage inventory costing and AP processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and governance.
• Oversee monthly close, asset capitalizations, and depreciation.
• Prepare cost statements and manager commentary for leadership.
