Top Echelon LLC seeks a Finance Manager/Plant Controller for its Bartlesville, OK facility. You will be the primary owner of budgeting and financial forecasts, partner with Plant Manager to drive profitability, and lead cost-reduction initiatives.

This role oversees accounting processes, cost variance analysis, BOM accuracy, and investment project reviews to ensure GAAP compliance and corporate guidelines. Relocation is provided; immediate need.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and ongoing financial forecasts for the plant.
• Partner with Plant Manager to drive strategic plant decisions and profitability.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and improve financial visibility and reporting.
