Markent Personnel is recruiting a Finance Manager/Plant Controller for a high-tech manufacturing plant in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The role requires leadership over cost accounting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

You will own the financial budgeting and ongoing forecasts, supervise one cost accountant, and partner with the Plant Manager to drive profitability and strategic plant decisions. Responsibilities include managing the accounting system, cost variance analysis, inventory valuation

Qualificações

• Experience as Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting understanding and supervision of one cost accountant.
• Experience in financial budgeting and financial forecasts.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial budgeting and ongoing forecasts; partner with Plant Manager to drive profitability and plant performance.
• Manage the accounting system and ensure timely, accurate cost-related reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead budget planning and forecasting for Independence costs per corporate guidelines.
• Lead the facility’s annual update of standard costs per corporate guidelines.
• Ensure inventory balances are stated per US GAAP and company guidelines.
• Review bills of materials for accuracy and BOM representation of actual production.
• Evaluate investment projects to ensure accuracy and ROI meets corporate guidelines.
