Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Plant Controller for a high-tech manufacturing plant in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. You will own the plant's budgeting and ongoing forecasts, partnering with the Plant Manager on strategic decisions.

The role is on-site with full relocation paid for the right candidate, and total cash compensation can exceed $160,000 including substantial annual bonuses. The base salary ranges from $125,000 to $135,000 with 25%–30% bonus through two annual programs, and you will

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 7+ years as Finance Manager, Plant Controller, or Accounting Manager.
• Solid cost accounting knowledge to supervise a cost accountant.
• Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial matters for the plant, owning the budget and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to improve performance and profitability.
• Run the accounting system and maintain cost reporting on schedule.
• Conduct manufacturing cost variance analysis and drive cost control.
• Lead local cost-reduction initiatives and improve financial visibility.
• Oversee annual standard cost updates per corporate guidelines.
• Support budget planning and forecasting per corporate guidelines.
• Ensure BOM reflects actual product and verify inventory under US GAAP.
• Evaluate investment projects for returns meeting guidelines.
• Supervise one cost accountant.
