Ashton North LLC seeks a Finance Manager/Plant Controller to manage all financial matters for the plant, focusing on budgeting, forecasts, and cost control. You will supervise a cost accountant and collaborate with the Plant Manager to guide profitability and strategic decisions.

You will oversee the accounting system, ensure timely cost reporting, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining GAAP accuracy and compliance across the plant operations.

Qualificações

• Experience as Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting supervision experience.
• Proven budgeting and financial forecasting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial budgeting and ongoing forecasts with plant leadership.
• Manage accounting system and cost reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead BOM reviews to ensure cost accuracy against produced products.
• Evaluate investments and return against corporate guidelines.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and improve financial visibility.
• Partner with Plant Manager to support strategic plant decisions.
