Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Plant Finance team. You will perform complex analyses, support planning and forecasting, and serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders across assigned areas.

You will lead close activities, build financial models, and contribute to strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives. A strong background in accounting, finance, and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
• 3+ years of professional finance, accounting, or related business experience.
• Experience with profit and loss management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Experience building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and collaborating across multiple departments.
• Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop meaningful strategies and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner on accounting and finance-related matters, assessing needs and communicating results.
• Participate in annual operating plans and strategic plans preparation.
• Update quarterly forecasts and provide forward-looking analysis.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Develop financial analyses, models, and reporting for initiatives and investments.
• Support projects across multiple finance disciplines and in-market initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate metrics and scorecards.
• Provide FP&A support for ad hoc requests and special projects.
• Participate in and lead finance-wide initiatives.
