Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with business teams, develop forecasts, and support strategic planning. This hybrid role covers FP&A, product development, and operational investments, requiring collaboration across departments and strong analytical skills.

You will participate in the Annual Operating Plan, update forecasts, and assist with month-end close, delivering actionable insights and robust financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of profit and loss management and general accounting concepts.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking to develop strategies and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to provide insights and forecasts.
• Contribute to annual operating plan and strategic planning for P&L components.
• Update monthly forecasts with forward-looking commentary for stakeholders.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and resolve unusual items.
• Deliver financial analysis and modeling for initiatives like product development and pricing.
• Develop and report metrics and scorecards for the function.
• Contribute to finance-wide projects spanning FP&A, investments, and in-market strategies.
