Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Data & Analytics to support finance transformation initiatives by building modern reporting solutions and automating processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional general business, supply chain or financial experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and financial software; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner for assigned functions on accounting and finance matters, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist in annual operating plan and strategic plan for P&L and related balance sheet accounts.
• Update monthly forecasts and provide forward-looking commentary on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Develop analyses and models to support productivity initiatives, cost savings, inflation analysis, absorption analysis and other strategic requests.
• Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools for assigned functions.
• Evaluate and deliver periodic financial metrics and reporting to leadership.
• Provide FP&A support and participate in finance-related projects.
