Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Finance Analyst to support Grocery supply chain performance with advanced financial analysis and product costing. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to drive insights and improve forecasting accuracy and financial performance.

Responsibilities include forecasting, variance reporting, month-end close, and cost analysis. Strong Excel skills and SAP/BI experience are required, with 5+ years in finance and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of professional finance or related business experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with forecasting, planning, variance analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing finance and cost accounting preferred.
• SAP, BPC and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the financial forecast with supply chain partners.
• Coordinate variance-to-plan and variance-to-forecast reporting for leadership.
• Lead month-end close and forecast processes and deadlines.
• Translate manufacturing activity into Brand P&L impacts and report them.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.
• Provide variance analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Partner with plant controllers on costs, capex and balance sheet performance.
• Support annual planning and forecasting activities.
• Implement systems and processes to support forecasting and tracking costs.
• Train business partners on financial processes.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses to operations, brand and finance teams.
• Lead cost estimates for new product and renovation costing with cross-functional teams.
