Conagra Brands seeks a Senior Analyst, Finance Data & Analytics to support finance transformation by creating modern reporting solutions, automating processes, and building analytical tools.

You will partner with functions, assist in operating and strategic planning, and develop dashboards and metrics to guide decision-making across the organization.

This role blends finance and technology to improve planning, forecasting, and performance across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or CPA/CMA certification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional general business, supply chain or financial experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Experience with P&L management and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned functions on accounting and finance matters, communicating results.
• Assist in annual operating and strategic planning for P&L and balance sheet.
• Update monthly forecasts and provide forward-looking commentary.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Develop financial analyses and models for productivity, inflation, and cost savings.
• Lead reporting metrics, dashboards, and tools.
• Provide financial planning and analysis support as needed.
• Participate in finance-related projects based on business priorities.
