Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a focused finance professional to perform moderately complex FP&A analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning in support of assigned brands. You will partner with business teams, drive financial insights, and contribute to the monthly close and operating plan.

Reporting to the Brand Finance Manager, you will develop metrics, models, and scorecards, helping management identify risks and opportunities while delivering actionable recommendations across the P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 2+ years of professional business and financial experience.
• Experience with P&L management and financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Monthly forecasting, annual operating plan and strategic planning responsibilities.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and resolve unusual items.
• Deliver financial analysis and models for product development, pricing, and customer analysis.
• Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and reporting for assigned functions.
• Lead cross-functional FP&A projects and in-market investments.
