Job summary

Conagra Brands in Omaha, NE is seeking a finance professional to partner with our contract manufacturing organization. You will own financial results, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering to support site-level decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive planning, period close, and financial analysis activities. A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree.
• 3+ years of professional business and financial experience.
• Experience with profit and loss management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
• Experience building strong partnerships with internal customers and peers while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner within the contract manufacturing organization, owning financial results and forecasting for assigned sites.
• Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned profit and loss components and related balance sheet accounts.
• Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate actionable, forward-looking insights to business partners regarding opportunities and risks.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities and resolution of unusual items and issues.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling support for initiatives including competitive analysis, pricing, innovation, and other business requests.
• Lead and support project work across financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting solutions that support business decision-making.
• Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and management reports.
• Provide financial planning and analysis support across the broader finance organization as needed.
• Participate in finance-wide initiatives and special projects based on business priorities.
