Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate plant equipment.
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operates production and plant mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs preventative maintenance and routine service on equipment.
• Conducts daily pre/post-shift inspections and maintains logs.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions using SOPs.
• Greases, lubricates, and maintains plant housekeeping.
• Supports production, loading, and shipping activities.
• Maintains safe traffic flow and clean work areas.
• Performs cutting and welding under supervision.
• Communicates effectively with team and assists training.
• Under supervision adjusts equipment to maximize production.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
