Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Three or more years in the aggregate industry preferred, with plant operations experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Assist with production, loading, shipping and maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using standard SOPs.
• Assist with cutting, welding under supervision as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and accurate logs.
