Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Birmingham facility. You will plan, assign, and supervise engineering activities on the shift, ensure equipment and facilities meet standards, and train new staff.

Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred, with experience in SAP a plus. The role requires an Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and formal management training.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.
• Completion of formal management skills training program.
• Experience with PLC and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
• Supervise Engineering Personnel on assigned shift.
• Train new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.
• Read, understand and implement schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Promote established safety programs and ensure safe operating procedures and monitor employee compliance.
• Assists Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Superintendent in the performance of duties.
