Qualifications

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in industrial operations.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical wiring, motor control, PLC.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs; SAP a plus.
• Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and directs activities of subordinates in plant operations.
• Supervises engineering staff and maintenance on assigned shift.
• Trains new employees in procedures and safety.
• Maintains equipment and reads schematics and drawings.
• Enforces safety and company policies; ensures clean work areas.
• Supports maintenance manager with planning and scheduling.
