Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance in a production facility. The role emphasizes safe, timely, and cost-effective maintenance to maximize uptime and production capacity.

The position requires a technical engineering background plus 3+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role, with strong communication and leadership abilities to work across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or related major or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations
• Strong ability to influence, provide leadership, work in a team environment or independently
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Good facilitation/training skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize production time.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Assist in budget planning for maintenance and capital projects.
• Promote plant FSQA initiatives and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and EHS on staffing and safety.
