Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to lead the receiving team and ensure efficient operations at the designated plant. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate maintenance, and report on process metrics to leadership, including FSQA, performance, and equipment condition.

You will partner with grower-owners to provide optimal fruit receiving services and to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the operation.

• Knowledge of receiving operations and processes.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
• General management and business skills for coordinating team activities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and overall direction to seasonal receiving station employees and year-round hourly employees.
• Lead team activities to meet Receiving objectives safely, timely and cost-effectively.
• Develop, monitor and report on operating measures (business, quality, safety, equipment).
• Monthly reporting oversight.
• A/P administration.
• Coordinate off-season maintenance, grower services or other projects as assigned by station manager.
• In absence of Receiving Station Manager, assume all responsibilities.
