Ocean Spray is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 6PM–6AM shift and manage plant maintenance to maximize production uptime. You will direct maintenance staff, prioritize work orders, and support budgeting for maintenance and capital projects while promoting FSQA initiatives.

You will work with plant managers to optimize equipment reliability, safety, and cost efficiency, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or related major or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree, certification, or training required.

Aufgaben

• Direct, coordinate and facilitate the daily activities of a team of skilled employees to ensure timely maintenance (preventative and corrective).
• Ensure standards for product quality, equipment and operator performance are maintained.
• Assist in development of maintenance budget and monitor plant spending; report operating costs.
• Advise management on labor issues including safety, scheduling and training; ensure policy compliance.
• Work with Human Resources to hire, train, and develop staff; take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with EHS for environmental compliance and safety initiatives.
• Encourage reporting of food safety issues and implement corrective actions.
