Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Plant Performance Excellence Manager to support manufacturing operations at our Lehigh Valley facility in Breinigsville, PA. The role leads a PE team, designs and executes improvement initiatives, and drives cost productivity across the plant network.

You will train both hourly and salaried staff, coordinate root-cause analysis, and maintain key metrics to measure progress. A Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred, with strong analytics and communication skills to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Lean qualifications preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Minitab.
• Strong communication and training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Performance Excellence strategies across plants.
• Lead the Plant PE Team and coordinate initiatives.
• Provide RCA oversight and track corrective actions.
• Train hourly and salaried staff on PE programs.
• Maintain BevNet and FoodNet metrics and scorecards.
