Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Director of Plant Engineering to lead and optimize engineering and maintenance at a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Raleigh.

You will drive data-driven improvements to production, reduce waste, and manage capital projects. The role requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years in engineering management, expertise in PLCs, ammonia refrigeration, and large-scale CapEx oversight, along with strong collaboration across teams to sustain peak equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is required.
• 10+ years in engineering management with leadership experience.
• CapEx management experience with multi-million-dollar projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred, especially pork/meat industry.

Responsibilities

• Capital Project Leadership: oversee projects from concept to completion on time and budget.
• Maintenance Strategy Development: design PM, PdM, and TPM programs to maximize reliability.
• Operational Excellence: minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: mentor and develop a high-performing maintenance/engineering team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with other functions to improve plant capabilities.
• KPI Tracking: measure equipment reliability and OEE to drive improvements.
