• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g. PLCs, instrumentation) and ability to lead resource planning.

• Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion.
• Lead maintenance systems including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and other high-impact strategies.
• Manage the maintenance team by delegating tasks and guiding work assignments.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and tracking KPIs.
