Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Wilson, North Carolina invites an experienced Plant Engineer to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.

You will drive equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant operations across production lines. You will develop and implement advanced maintenance programs (Preventive, Predictive, TPM), manage capital projects, and lead a high-performing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Advanced mechanical/electrical skills (PLCs, instrumentation) and ability to lead resource planning.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems (preventive/predictive, TPM).
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Own capital projects from concept to completion with minimal plant disruption.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems: preventive, predictive, TPM.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring safety.
• Provide quick fixes and lasting solutions to daily operational challenges.
• Track KPIs to measure maintenance performance and plant reliability.
