Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Crooksville, OH seeks an EH&S Manager to ensure site compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations.

You will lead investigations, policy management, training, audits, and worker's compensation processes, partnering with operations to improve safety. This role will guide EH&S programs, 6S and continuous improvement, chair the Safety Steering Committee, develop emergency plans, track incident metrics, and prepare environmental reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Safety, Environmental, or related Engineering; MS/MBA preferred.
• Prefer 5+ years manufacturing EH&S experience.
• CSP and/or ASP certification strongly preferred.
• 6S knowledge and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Steering Committee.
• Coordinate EH&S programs, training, and incident investigations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly EH&S reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/ EPA and local regulations.
• Develop emergency response procedures and contingency plans.
