Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in an EHS role within manufacturing.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing is required.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA general industry regulations and EPA standards.
• EHS certifications (ASP, CSP, or OSHA 30) desirable but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field preferred but not required.
• US citizenship required due to NOFORN/CUI constraints.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory compliance across operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and manuals.
• Conduct safety inspections, JHAs, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain EHS documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training for all staff.
• Monitor environmental metrics, waste management and sustainability.
• Support regulatory audits and interface with government agencies.
