ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Plant Director to lead overall plant operations, drive productivity and budget performance, and ensure quality, safety and compliance across the facility.

You will manage a leadership team, develop production goals in line with company values, and drive continuous improvement in manpower, materials, and machines. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based bonus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing large teams in operations-related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or MBA preferred.
• Experience with food safety requirements preferred.

Responsabilidades

• P&L responsibility for assigned plant location.
• Monthly/weekly reporting to ePac Holdings on deliverables.
• Lead lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee training for food safety requirements.
• Foster safety and collaboration across the plant.
