Guided Search Partners is seeking an Operations Manager for a global packaging manufacturing company in the United States. The role focuses on leading on the factory floor, driving Lean initiatives, and developing capable Department Managers.

Successful candidates will create a strong succession plan with promotions to Plant Management within 12–18 months, utilizing KPI analytics to guide decisions. This hands-on leadership position requires visible, approachable leadership and financial acumen.
