The Plant Director will oversee plant-wide operations, drive productivity, budgeting, quality and safety systems, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage large cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Broad knowledge of packaging applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for the plant location and production planning.
• Monthly/weekly reporting to ePac Holdings on deliverables.
• Develops and manages ePac quarterly management deck.
• Establishes KPIs and reports on budgets and operational metrics to the executive team.
• Hires, trains, and develops employees in production management and quality control.
