Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Plant Director to oversee plant-wide operations, balancing manufacturing productivity, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of leaders and staff to execute production goals in a fast-growing global packaging environment.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP experience, and a background in lean manufacturing within a make-to-order setting, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large teams in operations, procurement, inventory management, logistics, quality control and/or R&D preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or MBA preferred.
• Experience with food safety requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant-wide operations, manufacturing productivity, budgeting and financial performance.
• Lead production management, quality control, safety systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive lean manufacturing, on-time delivery, cost reduction, and asset utilization.
