Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Plant Director to lead the entire plant operations, including manufacturing productivity, budgeting, quality and safety systems, and regulatory compliance. You will manage a team of leaders and individual contributors to deliver production goals aligned with ePac’s values and growth goals.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive ERP experience, and a track record in lean manufacturing, quality control, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large teams across operations, procurement, inventory, logistics, quality control and/or R&D.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or MBA preferred.
• Experience with food safety requirements a plus.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for the plant and all operations.
• Lead production planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Drive safety, quality, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance, equipment installations, and capital projects.
• Develop staffing plans and leadership development across the plant.
• Ensure on-time, complete delivery and customer satisfaction.
